How to delete your "Xavier University" app data

You can request to remove identifying data attached to your activity within the app using either of these methods:

  1. Log into your Campus App > Profile > Settings > Privacy > Close Account > Delete my data - this will immediately remove identifying user information (your name, profile, and profile image) from Campus App (requires minimum version 2023.07.1700)
  2. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@readyeducation.com with the subject line "Delete my data for Xavier University" and a member of our support team will initiate the process to close your account and remove identifying data within the standard response timeframe

If your school uses Single Sign-On (meaning you log into your Campus App using your school-issued account), you may need to take separate steps in order to delete your data from your school's system. Contact your school's support team for more information.

Note that we retain certain data (such as the school-issued email address attached to your account) for the purpose of maintaining a safe and secure mobile app experience. Anonymized, aggregate click-tracking data is also retained in order to preserve data analytics and insights. This information is available only through the Campus Cloud administrative web platform, and only to users with administrative permissions.
